For Windows Media player select the mp3 file you wish to download and it will open in your media player. From the media player select the file menu then save as, in the save as window select the location on your computer you wish to load it to. For Quicktime just right click the mp3 file you would like to download, select save target as .... option and download to the location on your computer you wish to load it to.
